Menen Group, Inc. uses SMS text messaging to send business and operational notifications to team members and other individuals who have opted in. Messages are sent by Donnie, Menen Group's executive assistant service, from the number +1 (479) 334-0338.
Typical messages include: meeting and calendar reminders, task and decision updates, document-ready notifications, and replies to messages you send us. This is a business-notification program — we do not send marketing or promotional messages.
What messages you will receive
If you opt in, the types of messages Menen Group, Inc. will send you are:
- Meeting and calendar reminders — e.g. “Reminder: your 10:30 AM CT call with Menen Group starts in 15 minutes.”
- Task and decision updates — e.g. “The item you asked about is ready for your decision.”
- Document-ready notifications — e.g. “The document you requested is ready. Reply YES and we will email it to you.”
- Two-way replies to messages you send to +1 (479) 334-0338.
- Account and program messages — opt-in confirmation, HELP responses, and STOP confirmations.
This is a business-notification program. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages, and we do not send messages containing regulated or restricted content.
How to opt in
You can opt in to receive messages in either of two ways:
1. By text: send START to +1 (479) 334-0338 from the phone you want messages delivered to.
2. By web form: complete the SMS opt-in consent form at the bottom of this page.
Menen Group team members may also provide written consent during onboarding; a record of every consent is retained. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or employment.

Checking the consent box is optional. You may submit the form without checking it — if the box is left unchecked we will not send you SMS messages, and we will follow up by email instead. Consent is freely given and is not a condition of any purchase, service, or employment.

- Message frequency varies depending on your activity and role.
- Message & data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier will apply to messages you send and receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your number.

Menen Group, Inc. respects your privacy. This policy covers information collected through this SMS program:
- We collect your name, mobile number, and (optionally) email address solely to deliver the SMS notifications described on this page.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
- We share data only with our SMS service provider as necessary to deliver messages, and as required by law.
- Records of consent (date, time, method) are retained for compliance purposes.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may request deletion of your information by emailing donnie.curtis@menengroup.com.
