These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Menen Group, Inc. ("Menen Group") website and the SMS notification program operated by our executive-assistant service ("Donnie") from +1 (479) 334-0338. By using our website or opting in to the SMS program, you agree to these Terms.
SMS program terms
- Program: Menen Group sends business and operational text notifications to team members and other individuals who opt in. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Opt-in: you may opt in by texting START to +1 (479) 334-0338, or by submitting the consent form at menengroup.com/sms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, service, or employment.
- Message frequency varies depending on your activity and role.
- Message & data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages you send and receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact donnie.curtis@menengroup.com.
- Eligibility: you must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll.
Use of the website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content on the site is owned by or licensed to Menen Group and may not be reproduced without permission.
